Leesburg, VA February 21, 2006 Omnilert LLC, makers
of the e2Campus notification system, today announced that The Universities
at Shady Grove (USG) has recently adopted e2Campus. USG students,
staff and faculty will now get instant alerts and emergency notifications
in the palm of their hand. e2Campus enables school officials to send
instant alerts of school closings, delays, early dismissals, and other
important news directly to registered subscribers email accounts
and mobile phones via SMS text messages.
Once students sign up, the alert goes right to their cell phones
the minute the news happens, notes Russell Schlosburg, IT Coordinator
